TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR THE CONTRACT:
This is preventive maintenance contract and involves only service and maintenance, any kind of repairing or spare parts / peripherals would be charged to the customers account.

General Brushing Cleaning
Maintenance For Hardware
Maintenance For Software & Installations
Prevention & Protection against Virus
Network & Ethernet |

SERVICE DOES NOT INCLUDE:
Repairing & Replacement of Parts
[ all repairing and replacement will be charged as per actual ] |
SERVICE PERIOD:
A service engineer would come up at an interval of every 30 days and carry on the necessary maintenance service.
SERVICE CALL:
Calls other than regular service will be charged @ Rs. ______
per call and will be taken care of within 1 working day from the time of report.
DISCLAIMER:
The contract is void if any machine is repaired or maintained by any agency other than M/s Virtual Info Shop during the maintenance period.
PAYMENTS:
Payments 50% in advance along with contract letter and remaining after 3 months.
Payments for Parts / Peripherals against invoice.
